7. The Haunted Marionette
Bring a classic horror trope to life with the haunted marionette look. Use contouring techniques to create deep, hollowed-out cheekbones and draw vertical lines from the corners of your mouth to your jawline to simulate a puppet’s movable mouth. To add the bloody element, paint raw, chafed skin textures around your wrists and neck, as if the puppet strings have cut deep into your flesh. Apply layers of scab blood and fresh liquid blood around these “string burns” to show the physical toll of being controlled by an unseen puppeteer.
