Explore the concept of an aquatic vampire, a creature that stalks the dark depths of the ocean. The skin should have a wet, ethereal sheen, achieved by mixing liquid highlighter with a face oil. Use a color palette of seafoam green, teal, and deep aquamarine across the eyes and cheekbones. Apply fishnet stockings over your face as a stencil and dust teal shimmer over it to create realistic, shimmering scales on your temples and neck. Add small pearls and tiny seashells around the eyes using lash glue. The lips should be a dark teal or a glossy, bruised purple, looking cold and waterlogged.
