Put a modern, celestial spin on the classic Halloween witch. The Cosmic Witch trades green skin and warts for a beautiful, starry night aesthetic filled with deep purples, magentas, and glittering constellations. Start with a luminous, cool-toned base, using a vibrant purple or magenta blush to drape across your cheekbones and up onto your temples.
Create a dramatic, blown-out smoky eye using a gradient of deep violet, magenta, and midnight black. Press a multi-chrome shifting glitter onto the lids that changes color as you move. Using a fine-tip white liquid liner, draw a delicate crescent moon vertically in the center of your forehead, surrounded by tiny, delicate white dots and starbursts.
