18. The Vampire’s Crypt Entryway

Turn your front door into the grand entrance of an ancient, aristocratic vampire’s crypt. Flank your doorway with two large, faux stone pillars crafted from painted foam board, topped with gargoyles or stone urns filled with dark red roses. Hang a heavy, dark red velvet curtain to one side of the door, pulled back with a gold tasseled rope. In the center of the porch, place an open, upright satin-lined coffin. Inside the coffin, arrange a sleeping vampire mannequin or leave it empty with a dramatic splash of red velvet, inviting daring guests to step inside for a thrilling, unforgettable photo opportunity.
